We are committed to working responsibly with the farmers and communities around the world who produce the ingredients used to make our drinks. We only deal with partners who trade responsibly and we already offer a range of drinks from sustainable certified sources, like Fairtrade and BRIGHTER TOMORROW AT ORIGIN®, but by 2010 we plan to source 30% of our drinks from certified sustainability schemes.

We want to go a step further and provide hot drinks systems that enable our customers, to have a more sustainable workplace. We have made many innovative changes to our KLIX and FLAVIA systems and have committed to invest over 20% of our Research and Development budget in making even more.

There is a way to go before we see our full aspirations realised but, by working together, we hope to have a positive impact on the environment and society.
